My name is Kevin Rizer and I’m a producer!  My job is to ensure the music I create with you compliments whatever your needs are, whether it be for film, commercials, video games, a band, or a new up-and-coming solo artist.  I strive to make you sound the absolute best that i can.

 

I started as a mixing assistant on a soundboard for the chapel band while still in the Air Force.  One day the bassist couldn’t show up because he was sick so I volunteered to learn how to play and filled in for him during the worship service.  The fact that I picked it up so quickly sparked my interest in music.  I continued to play, but felt the need to expand and learn other instruments, genres, and mixing programs.  I felt the need to study all forms of music (classical, world, film scoring, workout, jazz, salsa, chill, dance, etc.).  As I kept growing through music I developed a strong passion for it, so decided to take music lessons and pursue an education at Full Sail University for Music Production.

 

My current experience includes mixing and producing on analog and digital platforms (Reason, FL Studio, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools). I record different world music instruments, and combine them with popular genres of music to make something new.  Also, my goal with music is to educate people on science, world cultures, philosophy, and religion by integrating information and symbolism into my songs.  I feel like people underestimate the value of education, so I want to include that in my music and create something fun and interesting to listen to.
